As adorable as an emoji kissy face may be, it just doesn't always do the trick. Lark Press makes beautiful and unique card stock and prints. Everything in this place is frame worthy. While they don't have endless isles of cards a la Hallmark I assure you they have something that will meet your needs. Prices are comparable as well. For the same price as a big brand card you get a hand printed work of art! If you need a sweet "thinking of you", thank you, sympathy, I love you, whatever it is -they have it all. Whenever I know I'm in need of a card this is my go-to spot. My family/friends have even taken notice, asking where I'm getting these little gems. When it came to invites for my wedding this was my first stop. Unfortunately, it was a bit out of our price range. If you're looking for an impressive way to announce something and have the coin to back it up, I would stop in here for sure. They'll make you something memorable. They also have tiny nicknacks. While we are physically isolated from family and friends due to covid-19, we have started writing daily letters to stay in touch. I ordered a $30 mix pack of cards from Lark Press and they came today. They are absolutely beautiful. Wow. Who knew that one shop could change the way I look at correspondence? Well, that and marrying a man in love with the post office. It all started with a dilemma around our wedding invitations. My mom being a graphic designer, I saw no reason to hire someone else to do some expensive job that we could do "in-house". I even thought we could do it ourselves. Then we began to design. We bickered. over-analyzed, stressed and fretted, and what we came up with was basically something we had seen at... yes, Lark Press. I'm so happy that we got help outside the family for this one, and our invitations turned out amazing. The letterpress feature was lovely. We got tons of compliments on them. The most fun part was going to Lark and perusing the cards, invitations, and gifts. I always left there with something to give as a gift, and I felt good about it: a beautiful tiny hat for a new baby, a gnome onesy, thank you cards, gift tags, etc. And I left with an understanding of why someone would put such care into paper products: that they are a tradition of thoughtfulness, attention to detail, and delight in a mailbox full of junk. read more

There are a variety of different paper selections with whimsical impressions for each and every occasion. That's probably not really true on many levels, but that's how you feel when you run your hands over Lark's quality, heavy, letterpressed pieces while watching the giant iron machinery churn out new ones. Lark is the best! Reasonably priced, gorgeous designs, and super helpful. The owner does a lot of wedding announcements and such, but she really went out of her way for my small order. I had business cards done here and she reworked my design until I was happy. Everyone swoons over my fancy letter press cards. read more
