There is a dedicated parking lot at at the entrance of the building. The entrance is not located on the Eisenhower side. There are also parking for handicap with the option of curbside assistance for those in need. I was able to get in line about 20 minutes before opening and was the first to be assisted. A staff member is there at a kiosk stand to assist with intake and will provide you with a ticket number. I was immediately directed to an open window.
