Any purchase made by us were to be reimbursed to us by her business and the owners. The carpet was suppose to be replaced in a timely manner, after a year of nothing we made the decision to leave the townhouse. It has now been so long without any reimbursement. I would not rent from this 'property management' company. They twist and lie about any agreements that were made.
