She chaotically sprays actinic keratosis with nitrogen cryogenic spray around my face, while counting each spray to her assistant for billing purposes. And without giving any warning, she carelessly sprays my eyeball, burning my cornea. I asked her to warn me when she sprays near my eyes. And she actually sneers at me in contempt. Jennifer Siddons is dangerously incompetent. Use her at your risk of having your cornea substantially damaged. My eye doctor examimed the burned cornea and advised me to find a different dermatology practice. She said this was not the first complaint concerning the ineptitude of Jennifer Siddons.

The second red flag should have been the incredibly offputting receptionist that I spoke with to schedule my appointment. I should have listened to my gut, but nonetheless I scheduled. Needless to say, my gut was right and I did not receive the treatment I requested. If you go to a spa, aesthetics, or other establishment for relaxation, the last thing you want is to have to micromanage the appointment to ensure you're getting what you requested. They did not charge me for the $6 dollar Kirkland mask they put on me, so I gotta give them that, but my time is by far my most valuable asset. He frequently had several medical students watching him operate on me, and I'm sure he taught them correctly. I was thrilled when he told me he was moving to Sarasota to start a new practice here because we had just moved to Sarasota a couple years earlier. Dr. Francis is a smart cookie too. Most doctors starting a new practice have to hire an insurance specialist, but not Dr. Francis. He learned himself all the details of coverage and claim filing for just about every kind of medical insurance policy, including every flavor of Medicare policy, so he could correctly file claims for 99% of medical insurance policies. The staff Dr. Francis hired is very high quality: competent, friendly, courteous, kind, and helpful. The interior decor of the office is very interesting. You'll feel comfortable and well cared for as you admire the large array of unique light fixtures, and the impressive structure supporting the roof of this former PNC Bank building.
