The same 3 girls work there. They are all super personable, caring, and KIND! Dulce helped my sister get in for an exam same day, we went in to get her expired Rx. Bobby was super helpful with our insurance info. Mackenze helped my sister as well. They work wonderful as a team even when it was super busy in the eyecare center! Have had several disappointing experiences. The first time I went I was in a hurry to get back to…read morework so ordered glasses and when I went to pay the cost seemed very high. I went back later to review the bill and they had overcharged me $200. Once I received the glasses they fit terribly and I returned them. I decided to take a pair of frames I already owned and have lenses added to them. When I went through the process, they had never reimbursed my insurance for the glasses I had returned. We finally were able to figure it all out but it was a struggle. My daughter had got new glasses around the same time. She never wore them as she has contacts and they are just for backup. A few months later she opened the case and the glasses looked like they were shattered. We took them into Shopko and they blamed my daughter for the issue. They were not pleasant. We asked if that would happen to the new glasses we had ordered and they said it could and would not stand behind the glasses if it did. She tried on the new frames/glasses and they were terrible. The optician said she needs to get used to the fact that they now work for her astigmatism. (She doesn't have an astigmatism, she has never had one and does not have one now.) We took the glasses/frames that looked shattered to another optical center and they said the glasses were over baked and it was not our fault. We do like one of the optometrists, but we are done ordering glasses here.
