I have no idea why this contractor had no reviews on social media! Left us concerned, so I called…read morereferences who raved about their work. Since they were available when we needed them and they were very accommodating on phone we decided to give them a shot and cross fingers. This was a major and risky 3 large tree removal job tight between two houses. They not only performed skillful and flawlessly, but they went as far as preserving very close ornamental trees! It top it off, they not only cleaned up all of the mess from both properties, including decks, etc. but they also blew all of the leaves from each yard and took it all away!! As we haven't moved yet, the lawn and natural vegetation is taking over. I called multiple companies to handle, as my husband is currently inundated. Steven was the most responsive and professional of those I reached out to. He was communicative with scheduling, prompt, decently priced and accommodating. The lot is not easy to work with, but he did a superb job balancing the manicuring of the natural growth while still cleaning it all up for us. He even sent video and photos to ensure the job was to our satisfaction prior to departing, since we couldn't personally be there. Being a hands on, self-starting family who owned and operated our own construction outfit for many years, it's an added plus to us to know our business is going to a locally owned and operated small family business. Quality work and easy to work with; multiple forms of payment accepted. We will be using Home Grown Landscaping in the future and urge you to, too!
