Secondly being as it's an American restaurant we found the appetizers had no flavor and we're obviously frozen. The music was so loud and club like. In fairness we went in for a drink and some French fries and their fries were fine. We weren't looking for alcohol drinks & a club. We just needed a cool place to sit and snack and use wifi. Lastly when we were leaving we stopped to use the restroom and none of the stalls had toilet sets on them. Figuring their prices I thought they would have at least decent restrooms. The 3 stars is only because our waiter was just fine. These issues weren't his fault. Next time we will avoid coming here. Oh we visited around 4pm. So it wasn't busy at all.

If you want an Americanized attempt at Mexican food, this is the place for you. The menu was large ranging from tacos to pasta. I went with tacos of course but these fell short. To be fair, I've never had Tacos de Milanesas before so I'm not sure what they're supposed to taste like but the meat was super dry. From a pure taste and texture standpoint, dry and bland. Others in my group thought their pasta tasted too salty and lacking in real depth. With so many great restaurants in Merida. I'd say come here for the drinks, A/C, and chill sports-bar vibes, but skip the food!

It comes on a bed of pasta that was cold, I had to send it back. My meal came with 2 sides, so I choose French Fries and Green Salad, they serve the salad with no salad dressing, and didn't even ask me if I wanted some, I had to wait until another waiter then ours to get some. The service is very non attentive, and we hardly seen our waiter. I asked for some extra tomato sauce because they don't put any tomato sauce on the chicken parmesan, they ended up giving me Mexican salsa. My wife had the shrimp Tacos, and she liked hers very much. It's thick and delicious, and if I had one drink to have for the rest of my life a martini or water or this mango smoothie would probably rival one another.

My bf ordered the veggie burger which promptly fell apart. The bun was HUGE and crumbly, and there was too much cheese. (I never thought there was such a thing, but the ratio of meat to bun to cheese, was off.) He took a few bites, and left the rest. The 5 Corona bucket for ~$5usd was great!
