I have gone to many therapists and I have to say, this was one of my best experiences. Very professional and relaxing. There was a focus on targeting trouble spots. I highly recommend this place, even though it means it will be harder for me to get an appointment

Granted, it was the "luxurious" one but it was $90! I honestly have gotten better pedicures at smaller nail places like the one in Settler's Ridge and off University Blvd. near Tropical Smoothie Cafe. For $90, I was looking for wars to an extended foot massage and massage chairs, both of which did not happen. You have to climb up onto the chairs and it's incredibly awkward. They do not have a lot of options when it comes to color, and not the usual OPI, Essie, etc. Overall, it gets 2 stars because my nail tech was nice enough, but not incredibly friendly. It smelled good and they had fun piano versions of pop songs playing. For $40 plus tip, it wasn't worth it. I won't be going back and will stick to the places I mentioned above!

The reception staff was friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. My facial with Shanon was truly an hour of bliss. She included a face, scalp, and hand massage, along with a paraffin wax treatment, and all of the products smelled amazing while being incredibly gentle on my highly sensitive skin. I especially appreciated how she explained each step of the process along the way. I also tried a lash tint and lift, which was quicker and far less fuss than others I've had that tend to drag on and feel like a nuisance to get through. I will absolutely be back to Tranquility ASAP.

I wanted a deep tissue massage but was told I had to do Swedish for my first visit. It was barely any pressure and I left feeling like I didn't really have a massage. The half for back and neck deknotter was a little better but I still listened to comments from the massage therapist about how weird my spine was shaped. Finally, the manicure was okay, but the polish chipped in less than one day--for a gel manicure. I also was surprised that I couldn't use the gift card for tip either. The spa is in a renovated Victorian home and the vibe was actually better than I thought. I still won't be going back after 3 mediocre at best experiences.
