They take your coat and lead you upstairs to a room with a warm table. They do a skin evaluation, check for allergies, then begin the process. I was so relaxed! It was a great experience and I'm excited to go back. My skin is really soft which is a treat in this polar vortex. The only thing to be wary of is the steps- not sure if they have an elevator inside or not, but they're otherwise steep farmhouse steps.
