Starting off if you have read other reviews you know this place is not good. I am going to give…read morethis horrible and emotionally unstable vet the review she deserves. ( For context I'm a former Healthcare professional). * For going to veterinary school she is not very knowledgeable about health or nutrition. Despite this she will try to sell you some expensive crap diet your dog must have. * She charges outrageous prices and tries very hard to upsell whether your pet needs it or not. *I thought her receptionist was very nice and professional but the rest of the staff is as immature as the vet who can't control her emotions. She has been in many altercations with other customers. *She ran from the exam room when we disagreed on my dogs treatment. She wanted to do things that didn't need to be done. I will always be the one to make the final decision on what's best for my fur babies. * With all of this said I will never recommend this vet no matter how dire your situation is. Go to the emergency vet in Greenville. I have been there with A few of my dogs and they have never let me down.

WORSE REFERRAL! I was told my Lab of 9 years of age was in…read moregreat condition for his size. Peyton had a aurial left ear hematoma. The hematoma had been drained 24 hr prior from a mobile vet, Dr. Belcher referring me to this place. I was advised to have surgery but with the Holiday (Memorial Day) it would be a week as long as blood work came back safe to do the surgery. I was called from Dr. Seguin telling me he was a good candidate for the surgery. I continued to ask questions of the procedure and she got offended with the questions and I was accused of not trusting her. In another sentence she said that looking at his blood work she would like to do another blood test prior to surgery. Another option I had was to do a second drainage of the hematoma which may swell again. She stated he needed stronger antibiotics as well. I did not have it drained again for the expense. Dr. Seguin continued to suggest to have another blood test on thyroid after she(Dr.Seguin) had just told me he being a good candidate for this surgery. I did tell her she was contradicting what she had just told me, "he is a good candidate for surgery". This made the doctor mad and said maybe I should get a second opinion else where. I apologize to her, that she felt that way but this was my dog I wanted to be sure I understood what was going to happen to him. So I agreed to get the 2nd test done as stated and I was charged ($161.00)for the test prior to surgery scheduled Thursday May 30, 2024. I sent my friend to pick up stronger antibiotics. My friend was told there was no surgery booked for Peyton on May 30, 2024. I never got the antibiotics from them. I called Dr. Seguin after I found out the surgery was no longer scheduled. When I spoke to Dr.Seguin she suggested to go some other place she didn't feel I was going to be happy with her surgery. I totally agreed and I hung up. I went else where. I received a text message on May 28, 2024 to be reminded surgery was scheduled for May 30, 2024 for drop off at 8:30AM. This staff doesn't have any idea what there doing. I feel that all they were after was to get as much money from you as possible. Even wanted to charge $10 for record transfer. Your records are always yours to be obtained Without charge. What is really going on here?? Worse experience in my 60 years of life!! Clearview Animal Hospital in Easley, SC!!

For the first two years of her life, we went to a different vet where we never felt a real connection. The staff seemed scared of our dog, and visits were always stressful for everyone involved. When we adopted two kittens, we decided to give Paw Prints a try because of the great reviews and their close location. From the very first visit, we knew this place was different. Our dog was incredibly anxious and wouldn't let Dr. Crowe or his staff touch her. But instead of rushing the appointment or showing frustration, Dr. Crowe sat on the floor with her for over 30 minutes, patiently working to earn her trust. That level of compassion and patience meant the world to us. Rather than jumping to sedatives (as our previous vet did), Dr. Crowe recommended the CHILL Protocol. I'll admit--I was skeptical. But today, after following the protocol, we brought our pup back in... and she was like a different dog. She was still a little nervous, but she didn't need a muzzle, didn't hide, didn't bark incessantly. She even let the vet tech give her a shot without reacting--and when Dr. Crowe came in, she barked once, then went right up to him for pets and love. This visit felt like a breakthrough. I'm not sure if it was the protocol, the incredible staff, or both, but it was night and day compared to our past experiences. We've officially moved all three of our cats and our dog to Paw Prints, and we couldn't be happier. It feels amazing to know our pets are in such good hands. Highly, highly recommend Dr. Crowe and his team. They truly care--and it shows.

Paw prints was the vet for my beloved service dog Bea. Monday, I called the hospital and told them…read moremy dog was vomiting and having bloody diarrhea and I was very concerned. Lady made an appointment for next morning. I wish she warned me how serious this is. Later in the day, I made the mistake of taking my baby to asis emergency animal hospital in Greenville. Blood test showed high red blood count. My baby needed aggressive treatment and IV. The hospital closes at midnight. She had hemorrhagic gastroenteritis. (HGE). Vet told me she do a therapeutic/procedure, it was past their closing time. After paying big$$$$ for the service, they walked me out. I thought she was stabilized enough for her to make her early morning appointment at Paw Prints hospital. My girl died in my arm in the office at Paw Prints hospital.. She was my ptsd dog, VA mental health recommended I get one. If your dog is really sick, go to a 24 hour emergency care and not to asis emergency care that closes at midnight. Losing my beloved dog is as hard as seeing my battle buddies getting killed in combat. Paw prints hospital, I wish your receptionist would have told me how serious my dog condition is and to go fast to a 24 hour emergency hospital. She just made me an appointment for next morning. My world is dark now, very depressed, I wish the receptionist would have told me how serious my dog condition is in. My dog could have been saved.
