I had moved into a new house with a new lawn and was worried about the health of the lawn and making sure it looked good. I was hesitant since I'm normally a do-it yourself type. I decided to go ahead and sign up for the peace of mind. Now it's 8 months later, and I can report that I made the right call. My lawn looks incredible! Matt and company do an excellent job of educating you on what they are doing and when they do it. They give you a heads up on when they are coming out. They respond to emails and communicate well which I've found is a rarity in today's world. Most recently, I got an email from Restoration warning about fall army worms being spotted in Athens. The email told us what to look out for and sure enough, two days later I saw the signs and spotted the worms eating up some of my lawn. I called Matt right away and he got out there the same day and treated the area. It was a huge comfort knowing that I didn't need to panic about the worms. Restoration was on it and I only needed to make a phone call. I couldn't be happier and highly recommend them to anyone wanting a lush and beautiful green lawn.

I was having drainage issues that caused rainwater to overflow the gutter and leak into my basement…read morerec room. Among other things, it was discovered that the corrugated drain pipe in the ground had been completely breached by the roots from a nearby tree. Mr. Culp and his team re-graded the soil next to the basement wall and replaced the drain pipe with a PVC pipe and pop-up emitter. They stayed with the job and fixed my problem, even after unexpected difficulties arose. They kept me informed at each step. I felt that the price they charged was very reasonable, particularly considering the thoroughness of their work. Highly recommended. Note: For some reason, Yelp incorrectly shows my location as San Francisco. I actually live near Athens, GA.

I signed a contract with them to install sod, cut down and grind stumps of 2 large bushes, deliver…read moreenriched soil and plant some shrubs. The time frame was about 6 weeks out about mid July. I asked if the space for sod and shrubs should be weed free and they stated yes. I did receive instructions on how to care for the sod a week before they came. The sod was installed fine, the enriched soil was delivered and the shrubs were cut down with about a foot left. The stump grinder would come a few days later and the planting would be done in October. Well the stump grinder was actually someone with a tractor and a plow and the mess left was unbelievable. Dirt and large pieces of wood all around the area. The contract specifically stated "grind stump". I called the company several times to speak to the owners with no result, and I even took pictures and brought them in. I also had questions about the enriched soil, since weeds grew almost immediately and covered the planting area. Finally, I received an email from the owner who stated she had told us we would have to be meticulous about the weeds. She did not, nor did she state how soon and prolific the weeds would grow. They did come out and do a "courtesy" weed removal and therefore I would have "no further reason to contact the office", and also stated that someone had cleaned up the stump area. It was not done very well as I still had protruding stumps and chips of wood present along with dirt on top of the grass. I did complain about the stump grinding while they were there as I had expected a typical grinder. The owners then sent me an email basically ending the contract. Since I did not trust them anymore I agreed. The owners never once returned a phone call or took ownership of the stump grinding mess. I am so disappointed and angry that they thought so little of their customer they couldn't even make a phone call back and basically stated I criticized them therefore they would no longer honor their contract. I do not recommend this company.

She Knows which plants and flowers will do well in shade and sun and how the landscaping needs to flow etc. My wife and I were very impressed with her knowledge. The guys that came to do the work were true professionals. They did a great job and were very friendly. This is the best our yard has ever looked We have tried several other landscapers and are going to stick with Piedmont. I am already thinking about some things that I want to do in our yard next year and will definitely be calling Piedmont to do the work for us.
