His stylist, Kelsey, clearly did not know how to do a proper fade and had to get help from another stylist. She even accidentally nicked him with the clippers, leaving large red scratches on his neck. The entire process took over an hour for a haircut that normally takes 15-20 minutes. We've been loyal Sport Clips customers, but after today, we will not be returning--especially to this location.

She wasn't paying attention to what she was doing. She also didn't wash her hands after her client prior to me and didn't bother to sweep up the hive pile of hair on the chair, workstation and floor. The shop was in constant chaos equipment didn't work, issues went unresolved, and nothing was fixed until very recently. What crossed the line for me was learning that they threatened to fire someone and told them they would ruin their chances of buying a house just days before closing, simply because they suspected that person was considering leaving. Yes, Florida is an at-will state but trying to destabilize someone's life over a hunch is beyond wrong. I will never support an establishment that doesn't take care of the people who keep it running. Loyalty matters. When someone gives over eight years of their life to a job and finally reaches their breaking point, that says everything.
