It's a gorgeous studio - also where he lives - the windows are floor-to-ceiling, allowing him to shoot a lot using only natural lighting. However, this was a challenge for the model as the sun caused tearing. Other than that minor complaint, it was a brilliant place to work. I would still use him in the future for sure - just book your session keeping sunlight in mind! He was lovely - calm, charming, down to earth, etc. - made us feel right at home and very comfortable. Prices are competitive but standard for the industry - and one should always keep in mind the old adage that you get what you pay for though, and Matthew is absolutely worth it - a great investment!

We booked with M&L Fotographics to shoot our September 1 2017 wedding because of their stunning…read moreportfolio;  of course we wanted a photographer who could make us look great!  But we had no idea that we were in store for so much more with this team.  It was during our engagement shoot that we realized Mike and Liz are both special people.  We had such a great time, it was like hanging out with old friends.  Mike did a fantastic job directing us and putting us at ease during the shoot.  He is creative and obviously extremely talented at his craft, but also so funny and personable you can't help but be comfortable around him and trust that he is doing his thing!  And you can tell that Liz is his rock:)  The results from the engagement shoot were fantastic - we knew we had made the right choice for our wedding day photographer, and we were not disapponted.  Mike and Liz were patient and reassuring with all of the craziness going on the day of the wedding and when I (the bride) was stressed out and even on the brink of tears, it was Mike and Liz who were with me, keeping me sane and laughing.  I will never forget that.
