It was a cool new toy, but my kids have a bad habit of putting slime in places that I cant clean up, so we passed. Once we found it, we walked in, and headed towards the register. Was greeted by someone who was stocking clothes, and then immediately went to the register to purchase a gift card. Cashier at register was also very friendly, as we took care of the transaction. Pleasant all around and highly recommend. Store also was organized and clean. I received a swimwear coupon in the mail so I went in to purchase a new swimsuit for the summer, the store was very well organized and the staff was friendly. I didn't find exactly what I wanted but I left with the next best thing and because the item was slightly stained the associate gave me an additional 10% off bc it was the last item in the store. So, I used the Lane Bryant bra tool to measure myself and unfortunately I got it a little wrong, but the staff at Lane Bryant helped me get my size right. Marsha, Chris, and Liz paraded bras in front of me left and right. I was able to take my time and figure out what style I liked and did not like. Marisa and Chris were especially patient with me and made me feel like a customer and not just a number. They truly cared and helped me figure our what bra style really fit my style So, I decided to go with two bras that were available in my size. They were not available in store, so I had to order them online, but they have free shipping to their store, so I went with this option. I am so glad I did as I cannot wait to come back and see these amazing ladies again!

She helped me figure out the best bra for my needs, didn't mind running back and forth to get different styles, offered a variety of suggestions and was very patient with me during the process. She was also very knowledgeable about the reason bras fit a particular way (why straps were larger in some areas than others) and offered words of encouragement when I was given the "news" that I'd gone up a FEW SIZES than what I was wearing! The owners are super nice and the son is a funny guy and super easy to have a conversation with and will make helpful suggestions to your designs. We had mixed and matched a few and he had the matching front to our back design and knew it and let us know he had it which made my daughter so happy. Yes it's a little out dated and run down but all the stores I've been in here and the limited designs you were stuck with and then coming here and seeing all the options this is a hidden gem for what they offer and they great service they provide.
