That's a huge green flag! Richard was conscientious in keeping me in the loop as to when he was starting, progress he was making, and when he would complete the projects. He sent me videos as job updates. There was a steady stream of texts and videos. Timeliness - Richard started and completed the projects within the timeframe he committed to. He was there with his crew when they were scheduled, and worked full days. Value & Budget - Richard's quote for the roofing and painting jobs were very reasonable.
