We sought out Logan to represent my husband on his case and let's just say that decision was a huge mistake. Needless to say, my husband was convicted on a charge that could've been brought down to a lesser charge had Logan argued the way that he should've. When you hire someone to represent you, the main focus should be to ensure that your client walks away with a postive outcome or even if the outcome isn't what one was expecting, making your client feel as if you worked diligently for one. Sadly, we walked away feeling robbed for time and money. Each case is different for sure, but the fact that Logan didn't even put up a fight against the prosecutor during this entire case is still mind blowing to say the least.. We were told to present character letters to him so when he sat down to speak with the prosecutor, they would be provided to them; those were NEVER considered NOR did he bring them to the judge's attention during the final hearing. Logan knew an illegal search and seizure was performed (an unreasonable search or seizure is a violation of the Fourth Amendment. The exclusionary rule is the remedy to an unreasonable search and seizure, which suppresses any evidence seized via such a search; see Mapp v. Ohio,. 347 U.S. 643 (1961) and he deliberately submitted a motion to suppress evidence without stating what evidence he wanted supressed. We both knew that my husband would've had to pay his debt back to society someway, but not with the time they gave him. Not one time did he mention the fact that we have a family member who has health issues, which was the reason we requested that my husband isn't sent too far outside of the region. If you're looking for someone who's experienced, and one who isn't timid in the courtroom, trustworthy, knowledgeable and doesn't pass judgment based on your past, save your self time, agony and money; do NOT seek representation from Logan. He'll put up a fight for those who, never mind, but you'd have better luck with another law firm.

I honestly don't have the words to fully describe how exceptional Adam Stout is as an attorney…read more From start to finish, he was the person you hope is in your corner when you're facing any kind of legal situation. Adam didn't just "take my case." He took the time to understand my entire life context, explain every option, and include me in every decision. I never felt in the dark--he kept me so informed it felt like I was sitting at the table as a second lawyer. He laid out the groundwork clearly, built a smart game plan with my input, and then led the way to a successful outcome. No one wants to be in a position where they need a lawyer, but when I did, Adam showed up ready to fight for me. He was involved at a level that felt more like family than just hired counsel--direct, honest, and 100% invested. He's a straight shooter, not someone who dances around the truth, and it's obvious he's a master of the law who uses his knowledge to genuinely help people when they need it most. If you are fortunate enough to be within reach of Adam Stout, don't hesitate. Call him. You'll be grateful you did.

I asked him to make 1 (one) phone call prior to us meeting. I offered to go ahead and pay him part of the down payment agreement for the phone call. (Good faith) He said would make the call but did not want payment until we met in person. It's a good thing he did not take the $ because he did not do what he said he would. However, I did not find out from him the phone call was never made. I conveyed to his partner I'm sure there was reason for this. All I did was ask for better communication in writing to his partner I even defended him to a set of his previous disgruntled clients. When I explained my thoughts to his partner asking for better communication he did not act as a professional However, he did finally call only to inform me he could not be my attorney. I am so fortunate that I did not give him the 1st $2500.00 of the $5000.00 he was charging. I don't think it's much to ask a "professional" to communicate. After all the previous clients I defended him to stated he is not good at communicating. Unfortunately they were correct. Even though he wasted 24 hrs of my time I am glad this happened. I feel fate stepped in the way of me making a bad mistake. I don't feel 2 stars is a correct review but 3 is to much and they don't have 1/2 stars
