It was a foreclosure property and, as you can imagine, the house needed some serious TLC and the yard needed a major overhaul. He tried to clear the place up himself and I offered some of my help, but it was just too much land and work for just two guys. There were vines and roots and all sorts of dirty looking brush around the property. At least he got the property for a good deal. After an extensive search for a good landscaper/ damage control specialist we finally found a business that could do it for the right price, Williams Land Clearing. They had the most competitive bid of all the other landscapers that we called (charged around $200.00 per hour). The day they showed up to the house, I was in disbelief, because they brought this huge tractor/demolisher thing that was ridiculous. The machine tore up anything in its way, small trees, bushes, dense brush/grass. It was awesome! Terry had the whole job done in a day (which is good considering the house was on about 1 acre of land). These guys are really good at what they do and they finished everything on schedule.
