Called this company to engage them in my landscaping needs on a Sat. Left a message for which the…read moregirl stated that the gentlemen that does landscaping would phone back that afternoon. I never received a call back. Two days later I phoned them again only to be manhandled by a woman that seemed simply irritated that I called. Between her rudeness and overbearing attitude on the phone, I was never able to express my needs or talk about options for landscaping services. She was quick to jump to conclusions through her "selective hearing". It was quite disappointing. If she had taken a moment to listen to her customer, she would have acquired a new customer, but instead chose to only pass judgment, not listen and then she simply hung up on me. As a business owner myself, I could never treat a customer as I was treated by this company. Especially when the customer pre-empted the call with "I would like to move my business to your company as I am unhappy with the company that I had hired previously. I have a front and back yard that needs landscaping and I'm looking to work with a company that make that happen for me." I would have treated that customer with respect, engaged them and offer excellent customer service, assisting in any way I could in order to gain that customer's confidence AND business. Not this gal. She was angry when she picked up the phone (as if she was not happy about being at her job) and showed as she proceeded to project that anger upon me in our short call. I feel that if a company doesn't "value" its customers from the first encounter, they certainly won't value your business at all. No thanks Frese. My money will be spent with a landscape company that cares, offers customer service, and is happy to get a call from a new customer!
