I would STRONGLY caution anyone considering this company!!…read more This has been one of the worst service experiences I've ever had. The company advertises "professional, reliable, trained experts," but the service has been anything but that from day one. From the very first visit, the quality of work was disappointing. The man who arrived performed work that honestly could have been done by a teenager for a fraction of the cost, yet we were charged nearly $300. When I asked basic lawn care questions, his trained expert opinion was he wasn't sure. Completely unsure and unable to provide answers! They also promise advance notice before arriving, but they have failed to do so repeatedly. Crews have shown up as late as 8PM on a Saturday without any communication. Most concerning, while we were out of town, they SOMEHOW entered our LOCKED backyard without permission. We never authorized access, and entering a locked yard without consent is completely unacceptable and felt like a violation of our privacy. On top of that, the work itself is careless. Weeds along the sides are ignored, grass clippings are left piled around the house. For the amount they charge, the service is nowhere near worth it. This company requires full payment for the entire season upfront, but when we tried to cancel due to poor service and requested a refund since they would not be completing a full season worth of services, we were told "sorry wish we could help you, but the money has already gone to operations". Despite multiple requests, I have yet to receive documentation supporting the alleged "verbal no refund would be issued agreement". To make matters worse, during one of my calls, I overheard another customer expressing similar frustrations with the company's service!! Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere. Would not recommend this company to anyone!!!

I had some furniture that needed to be removed and taken to the dump. It ended up being too big and had to be sawed apart. They weren't expecting that, and as such didn't have a saw with them. I will definitely keep the business card and call again if I need a similar service. I can't recommend them enough!!!

Aspire Junking is basically the unicorn of junk removal. I called multiple junk companies and they…read morewere the only one that actually called me back (already winning). Not only that, they called the same day and had my junk gone almost immediately. I barely had time to say goodbye to it. Super flexible, ridiculously friendly, fast, and the prices were totally fair -- no "junk removal surprise math." The whole process was smooth, easy, and honestly kind of impressive. If you have junk and want it gone yesterday, Aspire Junking is the move. Would 100% use them again.

We hired this company to remove the sod from our front yard for a landscaping project…read more Unfortunately, the work was not as thorough or transparent as we expected. They were over an hour late, several areas of intact sod were left behind, which we had to go back and remove ourselves. More concerning, sprinkler tubing and wiring were damaged during the removal, and rather than bringing the damage to our attention, some of it appeared to have been covered up. We only discovered the issues afterward when we were preparing the yard for the next stage of the project. To their credit, the company did reimburse us for the sprinkler repairs once we brought the damage to their attention, and I appreciate that they ultimately made that right. However, the fact that the damage was not disclosed and that multiple areas of sod were left behind significantly affected our confidence in the quality of the work. I would recommend being more clear about any damage and doing a more thorough final inspection before considering the job complete.
