I would have considered staying with them if they were to properly manage my units but I was just so tired of tenant problems that they should have handled but failed to do so (that's why I hired them in the first place!). So, I started to shop around for another property management company and found Yorkshire Realty. So far it has been night and day, Yorkshire Realty is prompt to respond to all the issues that arise from my rental. They have a maintenance and legal team in house so I don't have to deal with any third parties AND pay more. The fact that the other property management company jacked up their rate is quite a blessing in disguise otherwise I wouldn't have found a much better team to work with like Yorkshire Realty.
