This guy is not only good at what he does, but he provides excellent service on top of it. I had a property that needed immediate help in clearing items out. Since I don't live in the area, time is of the essence for me when trying to get things done. I had looked up Junk Busters on Yelp and they were my first phone call. Within 15 minutes, Lucas called me back to get an assessment of the situation. After texting and emailing some initial photos, he was able to give me an immediate quote. It wasn't the cheapest quote but certainly not the most expensive either. The other services who charged less, also told me it would take them longer (several days) to do the job that he noted he could do in a day. For a per hour job, it was $45 + $15 day for gas. Dump fees would be paid by me but the hourly rate included his truck, tools, and his labor, all of which is accompanied by an 8 hour minimum. What's more impressive is that he was in the middle of a haul when he was consulting with me; talk about multi-tasking. He came over the next day and like a New Yorker, he kept it super real with me. He gave me advice on getting rid of certain items and was extremely kind throughout the process. I wouldn't hesitate to hit up Lucas again to clear out a place and would recommend his services to anyone.

We moved into the house a year ago and had pretty much done nothing to maintain the landscaping that had been done prior to the sale, so you can imagine the state it was in. We were pretty overwhelmed by it all so reached out to Junk Busters because of their amazing reviews. Lucas offered to come the next day and give us a free estimate, walking through everything we'd want done and giving us a very fair price estimate right away. It took us a few weeks to sort out the right time to do it but Lucas was always willing to answer any questions that came up (like: "how much would it be if we did this and didn't do this" type questions all of us non-millionaires end up having). Long story short, we hired him and we are SO glad we did! He communicated professionally and clearly, always arrived on time, and his work was phenomenal - thorough and with obvious attention to detail. We love our home and we could see he knew and respected that, treating our property like he would his own. In the end, Junk Busters helped us with: weeding, landscaping front and back yards, laying bark/land leveling, junk hauling, and ultimately restoring our sanity. We highly recommend Junk Busters! They have rave reviews for a reason!

Like being told a reduction in the weekly visits (we requested once a month) is due as our yard was small & never receiving it in subsequent visits. Well, this is the lawn care service for you. We were told we had a credit and needed no work done but the next visit, lo and behold, we had a balance due. Such excitement! The never knowing what to pay and why! That is all here for you. It was so boring for us to ask over and over for a detailed accounting & receive nothing like an annoying printout of all debits/credits. After leaving vm asking for an invoice stating what we were paying and having it refused, we sent it just to be done with it. BEWARE!

Never heard from him again and that was a couple of months ago. I think he is knowledgable and reasonable in price, just does not show up or follow through. The same thing happened to our daughter. He would promise to be there to take care of things and never show up or return calls. We cannot recommend Tom's Lawn Care.

They listened patiently while I obsessed about my situation and sent an electrician out later that day. He was also very patient, listened while I tried to decide which switches to use for the job ( they would have supplied toggle replacements but this is an old house and I had purchased push buttons) He replaced with my choice of push button switches and told me how to place the face plate which was coming in a few days. Would gladly use them again next time I wonder out of my knowledge base.

Their yard work entailed digging up 3 trees, trimming the bushes, removing blackberry from my vines, cleaning up the walkway, cleaning up the small water feature, cleaning up the flower bed from all the weeks/grass, cleaning up another larger garden bed from all the tall plants and weeds, and pressure washing the back patio. We recently had them out again to deal with a wild cherry that was falling over, threatening to destroy an outbuilding, in part because of a nasty Cecil Brunner rose bush growing up the tree. The whole problem was resolved in less than two days. VIs a vis some recent reviews, we've spoken to John Nash many times over the years and always found him to be friendly, open and polite, and the price we pay has always been fair. Jonathan Nash was short tempered with us and used F-bombs, expletives and personal insults when we simply called to ask about the progress of our job. I was caught off guard. It was such a rapid escalation of a simple follow up call. Who does that?! We found the lack of professionalism to be absolutely astounding. By contrast, and to be fair, the workers themselves were kind and professional. Despite Chris Nash being highlighted on the website, the son, Jonathan Nash said he purchased the business recently, and NW Arbor-Culture is no longer owned by his father Chris (who, as I understand, had a wonderful hard earned reputation over 20+ years for quality and integrity). Based on my experience, I would urge you to look elsewhere for your tree service. There are many quality arborist out there to choose from. LOOK ELSEWHERE!
