I had a tooth infection and the receptionist managed to get me in just hours after I called, how lucky was that. Since then it has been over a year and I am still going to see them. They text me a reminder when my appointment is due, always greet me with a smile, some friendly chit chat and best of all they are kind, caring, thoughtful, thorough and very professional. I have since moved back to Victoria but continue to bus to Sidney and back just to get dental work done here. The staff are all SO friendly and incredibly helpful with insurance stuff, and Dr. Braun and the dental hygienists are amazing as well.
