There were no queues or issues at all. After that, we got our 2 checked in luggages within 5 minutes. It saved us so much time and I definitely think taking an earlier flight is a huge time saver.

I had gone to this location to experience the flight simulation, at 2:30pm well before 5pm, I waited 15min in the rain at 8 deg C for my turn then got turned away. Throughout there was poor signage and a lack of staff outside to direct patrons. After travelling 2.5 hrs by Go Bus one way, the overall experience was disappointing.

First, if you're flying domestic - you won't have an ID check until you actually board your flight. If you're traveling to the US - you will clear US Customs and Border Protection here at YYZ. This is awesome because you don't have to wait in the long arrival lines in the US. If you have Nexus or Global Entry - the experience will be even quicker! In most of my experiences here, the security line moves fast - but the actual screening is slow. Not sure how that makes sense, but it's been my experience. If your luggage gets marked for secondary inspection, that process can be slow. While doing intra-Canada travel yesterday, the secondary screening added an additional 25 minutes for me. Today, the process was a bit faster. Once in the secure area, there is plenty of shopping and there are plenty of lounges. Now go get some maple syrup and poutine, eh!

The terminal is huge, the signage is terrible and the customer service from those who work there is, well, to be blunt, non-existent. I know it must be hard to operate a big airport. But, if New York or Chicago or Amsterdam or Mexico City (or any city really) can do better than you, take it to heart that you need some serious retraining and upgrading. If I ever have to travel to Toronto again, I will try and fly into the little airport just off the downtown area in the lake. Checked out around 5am, and then 10 minutes later, received a text from the airline saying that the flight was delayed 5+ hours. I had two small kids with me, we had woke up around 430am to get ready. I did not know what to do with the tired kids and all the luggage for another 5+ hours. The gentleman at the desk, Vishal, was so kind, he made sure we had water, and he let me check back into the hotel room. We were able to sleep again, and then check out after we had been better rested, which I was so grateful for, especially since it turns out the flight got further delayed, and it was a long flight back. Prosysco Ltd is a very poorly managed company. They purchased equipment from us that was resold to…read moretheir customer. Unfortunately, they've never paid the invoices nor do they respond to correspondence. Their accounting department is extremely incompetent, but their lack of organization and responses seems to stem from top and trickle down. It is unfortunate, as there was great potential for both of our companies if they were a trustworthy partner. They are not. Companies should consider not buying equipment from Prosysco, as it will likely not be supported by the manufacturers without payment being received. It was an unfortunate experience.
