Over the last 10 years, I've tried traditional therapy and made small progress but not sustainable…read moreprogress. I wanted to try a different method which brought me to Priya. It's been a year or so that I've worked with Priya. I've made more progress with my complex PTSD, emotional baggage and stress with Priya's energy healing methods and just knowledge of the body and spirit, than traditional therapy. Priya uses various method to help me heal that is tailored to me and where I am at that week, hour or moment. Priya has taught me so many techniques to self heal and help me maneuver through anxiety, stress and just emotional ups and downs. I have made leaps and bounds from where I was and I am in a much happier and stable mental space.

Four years ago, I was in my early 50's, my life was in major transition. My relationship of almost twenty years was ending, I was moving, my career was in freefall, and I was dealing with anxiety. I registered for the Landmark Forum after a great conversation with the staff. The staff member was compassionate and a great listener. She understood the changes I was going through; rebuilding a new life. The Landmark Forum, she asserted, would make a difference during this time of transition. And, it absolutely did just that. Fast forward, the relationship that was ending painfully has turned into a close friendship. It was the work I did in Landmark that had that happen. The career that was in free fall found it's footing. With what I learned about myself, I went from free fall to a new company with new, broad responsibilities and a new passion for my work. Last, my anxiety disappeared. In addition, I found myself taking risks-submitting my writing and taking professional writing classes from world class mentors. This work is profound and life changing. The courses and programs are well worth the money. I have a new life as a result of the work and am very grateful every day for this work. read more

The road to living an extraordinary life! Before a caring friend told me about Landmark, I ran the hamster wheel of life at a unrelenting pace to be successful and to prove I could do it faster and better than you. In the Landmark Forum, I discovered a pathway to being peaceful and productive; to make a difference with others; and discover a level of self expression I had never imagined. I found the love of my life, discovered my ability to paint and my love of travel. So I combined them all and went on an amazing adventure to paint for a week in Monet's Garden and another to explore the beauty of Paris with my love! Next up Italy! I have nearly 100 friends, family, and colleagues who have participated since I took the Landmark Forum in 2002. It has saved and created many marriages, launched new careers, healed family traumas, altered addictive behaviors, brought peace and confidence where there had been stress and anxiety. I am thankful I found out about this before I die and wish I had taken it when I was thirteen. If you are considering participating, do it now. The Landmark Forum was life changing, every course I have taken here has made a huge difference for me, for my family, for my children. Call them and get yourself registered for the Landmark Forum to go to the next level in your life whether you can barely make ends meet or you are thriving in areas of your life. The customer service is amazing, I called up and a few minutes later, I was registered in the course and had a breakthrough on the call!! I got exactly what I went in the forum to accomplish, a relationship with my 18 year old son plus I saw what blind spots I had that were stopping me in career, relationship with my husband, mother, brother and so, so much more. It really has you be an effective human being in all your endeavors. I have done alot of personal development but this handsdown was the best. read more

When I started my Landmark journey, I had it that my relationship with my mom and dad was ok! OK for me was no communication with my Dad who was absent since about 3yrs old and I would talk to my mom who has schizophrenia about once or twice a month and the conversation went like " Hi, Good, OK Talk to ya later, Bye" After doing the Forum, I got that I was angry and had been playing victim and still holding on the story of being abandoned by my parents. I cleaned it up with both parents and now I'm able to be Free in my relationship with both of them and my new commitment is to be loving, supportive and connected to them no matter what... It was the best money spent for such major breakthroughs in a short amount of time... read more

It feels great to be able to walk up two flights of stairs without getting out of breath. I've worked hard to gain confidence and health. I've built community, family, and friends, who hold each other accountable. Being overweight can make working out in front of others nerve-wreaking. However, the Kittness community opened me to a no judgment zone. I have no desire to go back to the place (gym or health) I was before I started working out here. There are a variety of classes that include cardio, toning, and sculpting. I started by going once a week for one hour and now I go three times a week for two or three hours taking back to back classes. Soca, Afro-Caribbean, and Cultura are like a dance party! When I'm done with Sculpt&Vibes and Bang I feel like a badass lol! Flags&bumpa and 10-10-10 have helped me tone my arms and thighs. There are so many new classes too that I can't wait to try! The class schedules work great for after work. Instead of stress relieving with cocktails stop by Kittness and relieve that stress!! I'm not a professional dancer but I'll fake it til I make it with no judgement at Kittness. Oh? And did I mention that I have lost 70 lbs since I began working out in January 2019.
