Ein wahrer Lichtblick im Bayerischen Wald. Wir wurden von Frau Schuster wieder sehr herzlich begrüßt und fühlten uns am knisternden Kamin gleich wie zu Hause. Die Speisekarte war wie immer mit vielen saisonalen Köstlichkeiten gespickt. Der Frühlingssalat wurde von Herrn Schuster frisch aus dem Garten geholt und raffiniert abgeschmeckt. Die Hummernudeln waren ebenso köstlich wie das Kaninchen im Karotten Ingwerjus. Die Komination von Schokoloade und Blutorange rundete unser Menu prima ab. Die Weinauswahl war sehr treffend. Für diejenigen, die nicht aus Freyung stammen, hat Frau Schuster immer eine touristische Attraktion mit liebevoller Beschreibung parat. Ein echtes Highligt, sehr empfehlenswert. Die selber gemachten Marmeladen und den Fichtensprossensirup sollte man ausreichend mit nach Hause nehmen. read more
