    I recently attended the Textile Art Alliance Fashion Show and Luncheon and was really impressed with this venue. I have super low expectations for event venues in the area (I have horror stories for days) but Landerhaven far exceeded my expectations. The parking valet is really easy and fast. The main ballroom is appropriately spacious and appears to have updated décor. The silk drapery and lights on the ceiling create a sweet ambience and the doors have an interesting Great Gatsby like pattern to them. The common areas have big bay windows with natural light. The food was also surprisingly good. So often, I find event spaces to serve bland chicken and unattractively plated entrees. This was the opposite. The lemon chicken was a generous portion, the asparagus was nicely cooked and the potato rosette was delicious. The table rounds in general were set pretty tightly which can be problematic if your guests are taller (like me) with not a lot of space to really move anything around the table at all. Otherwise, the staff was really attentive, and I would absolutely consider hosting an event here in the future!

    This is a fantastic place and their charitable event, Philanthropia, is a fantastic gift to the Cleveland community. I do wish they would upgrade their sound system. It's so hard to hear the speakers.

    Attended The Landerhaven this past Saturday(holiday work dinner) one word amazing! The decor was absolutely beautiful. The waiters we're professional, neatly dressed, and polite. The food delicious, by far the best Sea Bass I've ever tasted. I highly recommend this venue for any special event, great service, scrumptious food!

    This is a long review but we encourage you to read it…read more Overall, our "Lasting Impression" is that the company was unprofessional and did not deliver what we paid for. JP, the President, was incredibly rude and awful to work with. We rented a large tent (40'x120'), dance floor, chairs, tables, glassware, etc for our 200 person backyard wedding. They created a digital layout for us, showing exactly where the tent poles would land and where our dance floor and tables would be. They also visited the event site twice to make sure the tent would fit there. JP visited the site himself and told us it would work. A crew delivered and set up the tent. They left large holes in the yard which we had to repair to avoid injury to our guests. They also mistakenly put an extra anchor in the yard which we had to ask them to remove. Many of the poles were crooked and the tent had visible stains. When the crew came to install the dance floor, we were told they couldn't install it as previously diagrammed by Lasting Impressions and as agreed to/contracted/and paid for by us. The floor installer commented on how crooked the tent installation was and couldn't seem to figure out how to install the dance floor with the tent poles in place. My father had to spend several hours working with the floor installer, loaned him a tape measure (since he barely had any tools) and helped him figure out how to get most of the flooring installed. In the diagram, the tent poles were shown to go on top of the dance floor. However, when they showed up to install it, they told us that the pole would have to go on grass instead. So, we had a dance floor with a hole in the center, another trip hazard for our guests and not what we had agreed to or wanted. In addition, due to the pole placement, we had to forgo an entire row of our dance floor, which we had already paid for. As for pick up after the wedding, there was no communication. We were originally told Monday or Tuesday, and that they would follow up with an exact time. We emailed and called JP to see when everything was going to be picked up, but never got a response. Instead the truck showed up in our driveway in the afternoon. Thankfully we were home to receive them. Afterwards, we reached out to JP to ask for a refund for the dance floor that his team did not put down for us. Not only did he refuse to refund us, he accused us of making his team wait for us to remove lighting from the tent (they were not delayed) and he didn't even apologize for their error. After a mistake that big, that's the very least he could do. Additionally, when trying to rent everything for the wedding, JP would send us quotes with items missing and inconsistent prices. In the few weeks leading up, we had to follow up with him several times to make sure that we did, in fact, have everything reserved. We had never received a final agreement or notice for final payment so we reached out to them. JP blamed us, claiming he had asked us for the signed estimate many times but never received it. We forwarded him the email where we had sent the signed estimate several weeks earlier, but he never acknowledged it. When JP eventually sent the final agreement, the prices had been raised from the original quote. We asked about it and were told that we were supposed to be charged for an extra delivery charge, so really we were still saving money.  The final agreement was also missing several items from the original quote, including the propane oven that was going to be used to cook our guests' food. If we had not double and triple checked everything, it could have been a disaster. Lasting Impressions was disorganized, hostile, and made promises they couldn't keep. They put their customers in an impossible position because it's too late to make changes or hire anyone else. The bottom line is - don't trust Lasting Impressions with your event, especially something as important as a wedding.

    Just flat out unreliable. I got a call the DAY OF the pickup saying that they were going to give us…read morebigger bases because they weren't sure how heavy our drapes were. I thought sure that's fine. They never told us they also gave us different size uprights than what we ordered. So, day of, we're setting up and uprights are way too big. We couldn't use a single piece of the equipment. I was very upset with how they handled it after. No phone call, just repetitive emails 2 days after I tried to contact them denying any mistake on their part. No following up unless I kept bothering them. They appear to be very disorganized and just downright don't seem to care about anything but getting their money. There are plenty of other rental business in the area that you can depend on but sorry, this is definitely not one of them.

Brandon Stray is among the top tier in northeast Ohio and beyond! What makes him and his company stand out is their ability to custom tailor the entertainment package to YOU, just as the company name implies. The staff includes DJs who each have their own niche and will be matched to the style of your event from soft cocktail to classic disco to hard-rockin' to country-western to karaoke as well! Be careful of DJs who bring home speakers and inadequate sound gear and try to fill a room with clean audio. If something doesn't break, the distorted audio will leave you with a headache. AAYE uses only professional gear from companies like RCF, Electro-Voice, JBL, and others. And it goes beyond just music. To complete the atmosphere, Brandon has one of the largest light shows around, rivaling that of some major national acts. Or he can create an intimate mood just as easily from his huge inventory of lighting fixtures and effects. So if you don't want to worry about this critical aspect of your next event and really impress your guests, you need to talk to Brandon. He takes personal pride and attention no matter how large or small your need and will create not just an event but an experience! Take it from me because he does it just the way I would!

From mic'ing our string duo and officiant at the ceremony to providing excellent music and services at the reception, Brandon was amazing. Brandon's energy day of, made sure no one was sitting all night! He went above and beyond after finding out that the servers forgot to pour champagne at the tables for our toast and took it upon himself to grab some bottles and start pouring. He was very flexible when it came to changes in the time line and any request we may have had. Brandon made us feel like he wasn't just a vendor but a friend.

I showed my aunt her gallery and we both loved her work. This isn't like most commercials, the product you get matches the pictures!!! We got sooooo many compliments on how beautiful the display is! There was not one thing on the tray that wasn't perfectly ripe, and absolutely delicious! Lisa and I had messaged for days narrowing down exactly what we wanted. She was so helpful in picking the correct size for the right number of people. Lisa helped me stay in budget, her rates are truly affordable especially for such a customized and personal experience and her work is art!!! She sent me example photos, measurements, answered any questions I could possibly have and I could not be more grateful for her time, effort and patience!!
