The lighting and colour scheme in Lanchoa make it feel like you're eating inside a Vueve Cliquot bottle. The narrowness of the room further adds to that but the use and decoration of the space definitely add to its charm. Be prepared though for a possible soundtrack of lounge versions of other styles of songs (i.e. Enter Sandman etc.).
If you dislike anchovies then there's little point in having food here as most things come with one or more. The food is all of high quality (the croquettes with squid ink will provide you with a reminder of your visit for a day or two) and the service is effective.
There's a good, well priced range of wines on offer and all in you'll probably spend less than the general impression of the place would lead you to expect. read more
