My wife and I bought two Lancer leather sofas from a local dealer in August 2024. They have held up well going on the second year of daily use. The leather is of good quality and the workmanship seems superb. The fact that Lancer is American made and family owned played a part in our decision to purchase their sofas. We will definitely shop their products in the future. read more

I bought two lancer recliners a little over two years ago. Both chairs have the same problem, a bolt snapped. I think it is a defect in the materials they use. They say the warranty has expired and they won't do anything about it! Very expensive chairs but not quality parts. read more

Great quality product American made and lost of custom fabric and leather options. Tailoring is the best among manufacturers.

Made in America family owned fantastic quality product something you would be proud to have in your home.

Couch & side chair had issues from the first day. Had to replace the cushions before the first year was up. The material on both couch & chair are frayed. I paid more than I wanted to but loved the look of the set. Called the furniture store and wrote to Lancer and have not received answers to this day. Time to go shopping for new furniture and you can bet it won't be another Lancer! read more

Please avoid ordering from Lancer Furniture through any authorized reseller/retailer. I placed an order with Lancer through a reseller late last year for a tufted sofa that was meant for my formal living room. The order was 'accepted' by their office representatives. In April 2021, I called for a status update as I was told that April was the estimated time of delivery for the item. To my surprise, Lancer discontinued the item in it's entirety, never informed the retailer, and never rejected the order when the order was placed months earlier. There was zero communication from Lancer, and Zero willingness from them to correct their mistake. Both the retailer, and I attempted multiples times to reach out to Lancer and escalate this issue to production management however there was either no response, or we were told there is nothing they can do. Lancer has poor customer service and I would not recommend giving them your business. read more

Purchased a beautiful American Made Lancer sofa from Mt. Airy Junction in Shrewsbury/New Freedom, PA about 10 years ago.....well outside the warranty period. Recently the seat fabric developed a couple tears that must be repaired. As the selling dealer no longer carries furniture and I am unable to find a Lancer Furniture retailer anywhere near me, I contacted Lancer by telephone for assistance. I was greeted on the phone by a lady who was very cheerful and who I will refer to as receptionist. I explained to the receptionist that my servicing dealer is no longer in the furniture business which the receptionist verified while I was on the phone and was even able to see the sofa that I purchased was the only one they sold in my area. She also pointed out to me that Lancer does not sell to the public however she will give my name and number to the sales manager who should call me back to assist me with finding a local dealer or who may make an exception and allow me to purchase a replacement seat cover directly if no servicing dealer could be found. I said considering the $1,100.00 I paid for this sofa around a decade ago....that would be appreciated. The following day I called back to see if I could get the sales manager on phone as we are planning to entertain in several weeks and we would like to get this repaired. The receptionist informed me that my particular sofas fabric pattern is no longer produced. I told her while that is not great news I have looked on Lancers website to find possible alternative patterns and would like to speak to someone about availability or a process forward. She was not as delightful this time and told me she gave my information to the sales manager and said good bye and hung up. Here I am a week from my first phone call and still no call back. Seems a shame that a manufacturer cannot spare a 5-10 minute phone call to assist a customer with information that allows the customer to continue enjoying their product. This should be simple since they still make this sofa in my dimensions. I have not asked for any warranty work of any kind.....I simply request information in how to order a replacement seat cushion cover. I should mention that buying American is of extreme importance to me, however this is one American company I will never recommend or do business with again. Greg Crizer read more

I just bought my second Lancer sofa. I had my first one for many years and gave it to my granddaughter for her college apartment. I thought I could live without it but after several weeks my house just wasn't the same without the lancer. She loves the sofa and said it's the best piece of furniture in the house. I went back last week and purchased the same sofa for $100 more than the first one but it's worth every penny and I could not feel more at home now. The material and comfort can't be matched or compared to any other furniture I have ever purchased. After living nearly 70 years I know quality when I see it and feel it. read more

I first came across Lancer at a local furniture shop in Maysville, KY when I was looking for a shorter couch that would fit in my narrow living room. Most couches are 84-92 in. which is way to wide. I ordered a 73 in couch and 2 club chairs which were made by Lancer. That was in 2006. I still have them 10 years later! There is no sagging, flattening, or apparent wear in the cushioning or frame! I did have everything reupholstered last year because the fabric was looking worn. I could have just purchased a new cheaper set for the price of reupholstering, but I couldn't bear to part with this well made furniture. I am very happy with my investment. read more
