Je ne recommande pas du tout Samsonite ... leur matériaux est trop fragile ... pour le prix exhorbitant ... et aucun SAV ....

My heavy shopping bag I was carrying around was hurting my shoulders so when I saw this store, I had to buy a bag with wheels. Kipling was born in this country so, that's the brand I bought. I saw a red luggage and I was ready to pay for it when the Chinese lady told me it was their last one but couldn't give me a discount. No deal! But she showed me what they have on sale. Some were on sale for a reason! I still wanted the red one until I saw the pink and white that was 30% off! They have free wifi. The Chinese ladies that run this store were helpful.
