I loved the open layout with Bierhalle-inspired long table community-style seating. Beer always tastes better when you're with your friends and this is a great way to get everybody together. The garage door windows are a nice touch. They were closed during my visit, but we enjoyed the natural light. A variety of beers are on tap. I liked the German-inspired brews, however a couple of lagers and IPAs were also available. Taste is subjective, but there should be something for everybody. Food isn't served, however my friends said you're allowed to order from the restaurant next door and bring it back.

So if you're not comfortable with tart drinks please avoid this drink. I ordered duck on the specials menu that came with green beans and sweet potato mash and my hubby ordered steak with onion strings and mac and cheese. Food took some time to come. Presentation was beautiful for my duck. Flavour was good for the duck. But even the pictures I attached showed that one part of the duck was undercooked. The other side was a tad overcooked but edible. The undercooked part cannot be cut even with a steak knife. The beans and the sweet potato mash was cooked well. Otherwise. It was good. They took it off our overall bill though. That was really nice of them. We then ordered desserts. I got a berry tiramisu, and hubby got the chocolate cherry manhattan. My tiramisu was good. Could be a little less sweet- as mentioned earlier i like tart-ish stuff. But it was still light and fluffy. Hubby's chocolate cherry manhattan was a little strong. But could be improved with a better balanced taste profile. We had a wonderful experience despite the slightly undercooked duck. Appreciate our young server very much. She was an absolute delight. And apologies to her- we forgot her name. She made a potentially bad experience a good one. We will be back.

This is the first cigar bar I've been to, but I'd like to start by saying the owner (if I remember correctly) made the best Old Fashioned I've ever had in my life. If that's the standard, I'd be back here based on that, alone. They had a pretty good selection of cigars to choose from (All within various price ranges), and lots of alcohol choices to match. It was a great place to hangout and catch up. If you're in Lincoln area, give them a try!
