Everyone at this practice works in a very professional manner. The support staff is friendly and caring. One of the things I really like is that the timeliness of appointments. I rarely wait more than 5-10 minutes in the waiting room. I would not go anywhere else.

This DR gives a painless cortisone shot, every time. And, he does it himself, he doesn't staff it…read moreout - even though his staff is superior in every way! He sprays you with a cold spray, then injects numbing, then does shot. Others I've been to: they inject numbing and cortisone at the same time...why bother? Rhianna even used the numbing spray while taking off my bandage after TKR! Even his staff is kind beyond belief! He is kind and professional and has a sterling reputation in this area among seniors. Oh, and you should see the scar (or lack thereof). Some cardio DR could take a lesson!

Best adjustment ever! I've been to many many chiropractors over the years and I can confidently say…read morethat Dr. Matt has been the best Chiro I've been to. He physically adjusts the spine, the neck, the hip, the ankles, and even toes. His spends time with his patients and gets to know them. He's also given me recommendations on workout and stretching routines to help supplement the adjustment. He helped me with a back injury in the past and made sure to follow up on it for sometime after.

Like others have mentioned on here, I had a very poor experience with this business. My copay for…read morea chiropractor was $20, but they told me I owed $100, and that they couldn't verify my benefits and I would have to pay out of pocket, then UPMC would reimburse me. My explanation of benefits online updated to say that UPMC had paid, and when I called Mindy she said they never received payment. I emailed her a copy of the statement from UPMC and she never responded. I called back twice more to address the issue, and she said she was too busy to get to it. This chiropractor is corrupt, double-charging clients, and *not* worth your time. Normally I don't leave negative reviews online, but if I could go back and tell myself what I know about this business now, I would never have gone. Stay far away!

I see Dr. Thomas Kantor is the BEST I've EVER seen! I have major medical issues (fully disabled veteran) and I have seen hundreds, possibly over 1000 Dr's since life as I knew it ended 22+ years ago. I also see Dr. Ronnie Mohammed, and again, EXCELLENT. EVERYONE I have ever worked with there is friendly, knowledgably, DEDICATED and GENUINELY CARE! I don't have to drive 200 miles (round trip) to see a GOOD Rheumy. I drive that because I firmly believe I am seeing a WORLD CLASS Rheumy! Dr. Mohammed is also outstanding. How anyone can leave a negative review for this place defies everything I have seen and experienced in the 21+ years I have been going and PRIOR TO going, all I heard was "I don't know what to say." from EVERY SINGLE Rheumy and Dr. I had seen to that point, spending close to half of 2004 hospitalized all over the east coast. Dr Kantor had me on a path to improvement unbelievably quickly. Yes, my health issues are a mile long, but without LIMA, I doubt I am here to write this!
