Id give it 4 stars but they advertise a strip club inside, that costs a star in my opinion. Its free and can be found in the entrance of quite a few Lancaster area pizza shops, bars and restaurants.

It is carried by: Sheetz, Turkey Hill, Downtown News, Wegmans, Giant, Karns, Weis, some other places like sunoco, 7-eleven, exxon or uni-mart. Calling itself a newspaper is a stretch, but who can resist dropping 35 cents on this? It focuses mainly on West Hanover Twp, Lower Pacton Twp and Susquehanna Twp. It has excellent reviews for local yard sales and flea markets and also church bake sales and ethnic food fests. Saint Ann's Byzantine on Locust Lane is a great one to check out in July. The Paxton Herald also focuses on local city politics, gossip and general hear-say. It always seems to stick up for people who were wronged and embarrasses people who cheat or steal. But some of the things it prints are totally Biased and off base: It generally reviews the catholic schools and churches in a negative light. But it does have a lot of information about community events in Harrisburg, Penbrook, Highspire, Steelton, Middletown, Paxtang, Colonial Park, Union Deposit, Hummlestown, Dauphin, Mechanicsburg, Camp Hill, New Cumberland, Enola, Wormlysburg and Lemoyne.

Brand new issue where are yooooooooooou?…read more The full blown super gloss hype of 215 Mag is still very much alive and well in Philly. Yet it just feels likes it's been months since I've seen a new issue come out. I've been along the print road long enough to know that it's a hard thing to do in these times. But of late it seems like 215 isn't even being consistently released as a quarterly. And at this rate by the time a new issue comes out, the city of Philadelphia leaves to many stories on the plate for the magazine that bears it's area code to cover. At least The website does a good job of keeping it fairly up to date. But I hope they prove me wrong and hook up a new issue soon!
