last week I did not receive my paper three times, including Sunday. this week I did not receive my paper Sunday - Wednesday. I did receive it Thursday, but then not today, Friday. of course I called every time and was promised a re-delivery which I of course did not get. the thing that boggles my mind even more is that customer service is now answered in MEXICO! it is impossible to speak with a supervisor here, and there is no number to speak to a real person here in Easton. what a travesty! read more

No paper...AGAIN! Reasonably new subscriber & they actually deliver a paper to the tube almost 50 % of the time. But...they send a DAILY e-mail about how they can't deliver the paper-SPAM SPAM SPAM SPAM! The bottom line of the print is cut off on the issues you DO receive, and that is on the stories that actually ARE connected on another page. Maybe it's OK if you want to drag..drag...drag online, but I am paying for home delivery & not getting it. Try calling them...ECHO....ECHO...ECHO your own voice back on a 1/2 second loop-drives you nuts! I have called 18 times since the first of the year & still can't make contact with someone on this continent. They actually seem to cover the local area, but don't deliver the word. Very disappointed I received a rain soaked Sunday news paper. I called to complain and was told between 10 and 2 my Sunday newspaper would be delivered, I stayed home and by 230 I called again and was told my Sunday newspaper would be delivered Tuesday, it never was delivered. I have not received my paper in 3 days and when I call I'm advised I should receive my paper that day! At least once a week I don't get a paper. Ready to cancel all together. Very disappointed with correspondence with the staff when I call. I will be calling in the morning. Paper now doesn't have to be delivered until 9. My kid delivered paper in the morning by 6 and had wrestling in the morning before school. Poor,poor service all around. read more

Every week on home delivery there is something missing from the paper. The Parade Magazine on Sunday's missing every other week. Sections in the daily delivery are missing. Example Section A. Pages A1 to A4 there and then missing A 5 to A 9. Wet newspapers or missing newspapers. When you call for replacement/missing papers that never happens. We are aware of digital on line news etc, but like the crosswords etc. One would think with all of the posted similar comments that they would make an effort to correct these faults. Guessing customer service is not part of their services. Thinking about dropping the home delivery completely. read more

Home delivery is awful. At least 7 times a month I don't receive a paper. They are a biased left leaning paper. Very few articles, editorials, political cartoons, etc. are pro-republican. They are taking all their articles from the Star-Ledger and the AP (Associated Press) which are very liberal. read more

Cancelled our subscription yesterday after 30+ years because in one month I missed more papers than in all that time. Missed the paper yesterday, cancelled it yesterday and of course today I got a paper. The delivery is awful. I love the paper and will buy one locally but not delivered. read more
