When I tried to return it, I was told they don't do returns. Second visit - wanted me to buy more vitamins and a pillow. All appointments were scheduled without asking my preference of days or times. The woman on the phone was friendly and helpful in answering my questions. One of them being if I could apply my yelp account discount to my father, who does not yelp. She checked with her management and let me know that yes, they could and I didn't need to be there. When I spoke to my dad afterwards he couldn't stop raving on how professional and knowledgeable the chiropractor was. The practitioner was also able to refer my dad to two other colleagues he attended school with that practice where my dad lives.
