Sunset Builders with Mark as the leader is a win win...all supplies necessary for the job were ordered on the spot, and delivered to our home within hours by Mark. No down time from getting all small tasks at hand completed. We intend on using them again ( & again) in the future and will enjoy working with Mark's team! ***** $$ SERVICE…read moreREQUESTED: Our neighbor in Gateway, East Ft. Myers, was recommending Sean and his company to us for pressure cleaning and we knew that we needed to have our driveway and roof and exterior of our house serviced. We spoke with Sean and got a very favorable recommendation and a very favorable estimate. The plan was for Sean to be at our house Thursday, June 12, 2025 and they showed up promptly as expected. QUALITY: We are very, very happy with the quality of the workmanship, the courtesy and professionalism of the team, altogether resulting in a totally satisfactory pressure cleaning of the roof and driveway as well as the exterior of the house. Not only was the work done in a very timely manner, but Sean showed us pictures from the roof in both before and after Array. By doing so we were able to see the difference and we were able to get a really good impression of the quality of the workmanship. VALUE: Value was certainly such that our expectations were exceeded. The workmanship allowed us to be very pleased with the amount that we spent for the service. Throughout the whole endeavor, Sean was a gentleman, professional, courteous, and clearly understands what he's doing. SUMMARY: From my opinion to yours, I believe we can give the highest recommendation to Sean and Fresh finish pressure washing. We believe you will be completely satisfied with the workmanship.

We have a wood frame 2 story home that was built in the early 1920s. Our vision for it's…read morerestoration included a custom paint job with 8 colors. We understood that the job would be challenging, not only because of the number or colors, but because of the many instances where multiple colors would need to be painted side by side, sometimes in hard to reach areas. Attempting to paint a home in Florida during the raining season further complicated things. Hammadi and his crew rose to the challenge. They worked very closely with us throughout the job to ensure that there was no miscommunicaton. Their knowledge of available paint products helped us to choose the best possible materials for the job, based not only on appearance, but on durability in harsh weather conditions. They worked early in the morning and on weekends to finish in a timely manner, despite the daily rainstorms. Most importantly, they took pride in their work, and it showed. The completed paint job exceeded all expectations. I would highly recommend them.
