Came here for a friend's birthday party and had a really fun time. I honestly haven't been to a pizza party in years but this place brought all the right energy for a group hangout. The staff were the highlight for me. We had a large group and they were so accommodating, friendly the whole time and totally fine with us rearranging some benches to make things work for our crowd. That kind of flexibility with a big party goes a long way. The beer towers were a fun touch and they had a solid drink selection. I grabbed an Angry Orchard and noticed they also had a frosé on the menu which I was tempted by but didn't end up getting. I didn't eat any food so I can't speak to the pizza itself, but the vibe for games and hanging out with a group was great. One small suggestion: the news was playing on almost all the TVs which felt a little out of place for a pizza parlor atmosphere. Something more neutral in the background would go a long way for a place that draws groups and celebrations. read more

How have I never done a review for Lamppost Pizza?! This is mine and my families favorite spot. We discovered it because my nieces would have pizza parties and get togethers with their sports teams but it's turned into our family get together spot now. The pizza is great - I've only tried the pepperoni and sausage pizzas but the wings, they're my favorite. I am not a bone-in wing kinda girlie BUT these are my exception, depending on how many people are in our party we order 2-4 pounds and it's always the first thing to get eaten. Also, their ranch is my kryptonite. If they could sell that by the bottle - I'd probably buy it weekly. They also have hot honey which goes great with their pizza. They have a little arcade area (with a camera so you can see your kids from your table) - seating inside and outside and of course all the sports games you could imagine. Lampost pizza is our favorite place for any pizzas, their crust is really phenomenal - Chewy and fresh and they are generous with toppings and you can really customize your pizza however you like. You can pre-order on the phone and they give you an estimated time for pick up and can even give you plates and napkins if you're eating it on the go. I've also eaten inside before and it's a really fun vibe watching sports on their big TVs. Was out of town on a softball tournament trip. Wanted a place to grab pizza that was similar to some grab and sit places back home turned out this place was right around the parking lot from our hotel walk right up to the counter order you food and get your drinks and then they bring the food out to your table was easy to find seating. Lamppost is great! Been going here since high school for sports! I haven't been in a while, but we went in last night with our kids. Food was great but it was unfortunate to see only one girl working her butt off all night with no help. Her name was Regan and she was absolutely outstanding. While we were there she took every order, answered the phones, and cleaned every single table while every other employee hung out in the kitchen. However the service here does not work, when you're at the counter and about 8 people walk by you staring at you; you would think one of them would ask if you have been helped. My ideal pizza starts here at Lamppost! The service I receive is always great from ordering initially to when the food comes to my table. They do take awhile to give you your beers as they have you wait to the side. I think the better approach may be bringing it straight to the table, since it can get a bit busy at dinner time. The young gentleman who helped bring the food to our table was very courteous and nice, he made sure we were well taken care of. I got the medium pizza with pepperoni, bacon bits and pineapple (yup it's a thing!!). I'd skip the bacon bits next time since their pepperoni packs a lot of salty flavors. Still getting the pineapple tho and would suggest you try it! The toppings were very generous but why I'll keep coming back is the oooey goooey cheese with the soft fluffy crust. It's so delish. We also got the dinner salad which is a moderate portion with the appetizer combo.
