My stein that was delivered in its original box and broke while enroute to me. I reached out to the auctionhouse to file a claim because they required me to insure it. By the time they sent me an email i had discarded the box with the label on it. So she wrote back to me that nothing can be done now because USPS will not accept a claim without the original label. They required me to pay for extra shipping (which cost the same amount as my whole won lots), packaged a breakable item without material or the words fragile on the box and now will not tefund me at least the item broken. Bad business and good riddence to them.
