Our washer was broken when we moved in, it took them over a month to call someone to fix it. A shower curtain bar wasn t installed when we moved in, forcing my husband & I to take baths every day for two weeks. It took them three weeks to get a garbage can, forcing us to take our trash to a community dump site and pay cash to have it disposed of. On top of all that, we ve had huge cracks in our shower tile that we ve asked them to fix since the first week we moved in, and no one has been here to fix it.

Definitely DO NOT sign their contract or agree to use their ProCore system…read more Unfortunately we were part of a recent poorly run project that fell behind with numerous change orders due to lack of foresight. Low quality installations and a number of warranty issues, mainly due to supervision issues. They will have a sloppy work-site causing failed inspections along with unreasonable inspection time-frames while pushing subs on top of one another. Then they'll use failed inspections due to their own lack of planning and proper supervision in an attempt to justify backcharges as a reason to not pay their sub contractors. Over promised and under delivered. Run away.
