Million dollar quartet
Swan L.

I loved this cozy little theater and highly recommend seeing the Million Dollar Quartet at the Lamb. It's worth the short drive over to Coronado. We got lucky with street parking. It wasn't too difficult to show our tickets to enter and get seated as the theater is quite small. Almost any seat is probably a good seat because it's so cozy. There is very little leg room, so that could be a bit of a squeeze for taller folks. Million Dollar Quartet was such a fun show. I loved the musicality and the performance of it all! The cast was very talented and I was laughing along the whole way through!

LOVE LAMBS THEATER!! A gem in the middle Of Coronado. Theater in the half round with steep stagger so every seat is a great seat. Talented productions in an intimate setting. Online ticket ordering with Will Call pickup mail hour beforehand. New HVAC ensures a comfortable evening. Tons of great before or after dinner places surround the theater. Excellent date night event. Special pricing for active duty and seniors. Volunteer staff that really know their business. This is Americana at its best. If you come to Coronado and don't take in a show you've missed one of the major highlights. We are blessed to have this theater in Coronado.

Old theatre. It's small each row is higher than the next in a semi-circle so there really isn't a bad seat. We were on the top row and could see perfectly. Show was great. Staff are helpful.

This Theater was a full house tonight! R*E*S*P*E*C*T you do not want to miss out on the females singing their hearts out . A whole decade of hit after hit and this production gave me all the feels . I sang and danced from my seat for a full 90 minutes . I had an incredible night . The stage the lights and the band , the entire experience was just spectacular . Bravo'

This is an old quaint theater with good shows. This theater has no bad seats because of the way it is leveled up.

It's crazy that we lived less than a block from this theater for over 7 years, yet never had an…read moreoccasion to go inside...until we snagged a couple of tickets to an author panel at the Horton Grand during this year's Comic Con. We honestly didn't get much time inside the theater itself; the panel was an hour long, and they ran a tight ship. But, I will say that I loved the feel of the space. It's a smaller, more intimate theater than some of the other performance spaces downtown, and it doesn't seem like they have a "bad seat" in the house, just based on the layout. The acoustics were good so that we were able to hear all the women on the panel, even if they weren't so good at using the microphones. The seats were comfortable, and there was enough leg room for people to scoot by to seats in the middle of the row without having to step, trip or stumble over those who were already seated. All in all, I liked the space a lot, and am now trying to figure out when we can visit for an actual performance (not that I didn't love the panel, but theaters are made for performing arts, and I so want to see a show here!)

This theater is in a great location and I like to attend performances there…read more My review has 3 only because this theater is in urgent need of an update, upgrade, etc. It feels quite old inside and the carpet looks too old. Also their ramps are not the greatest and there is a need of ushers reminding people to watch their step. Again, I love this place, but it is time for a facelift. . Enjoy the shows!

This is the best place to take your kids for an entire day of fun and adventure. My favorite part of the entire place was the clay art station where you can get as much clay as you need and create whatever you want. Anything you make can be taken home. They also have a materials lab where you can create things out of cardboard and other recycled materials. 1000% recommend this place for families

They also have one baby/toddler only area. We spent hours in the creative art corner, clay, and painting the statue. Other favorites were big foam building blocks, knitted climbing area, and the fort. If you have a younger kiddo, you will need to climb in the fort, as there's several paths and drop offs. I try to go with a second adult when I have two kids. The staff is super nice and helpful. The place is always clean. They have a cafe with lots of "kid food". We usually pack a lunch and picnic across the street. Sometimes we come back in to hit the favorites again. I would say the only negative is the price. You pay for adults and kids. I have several friends that got the family pass and go often.

Oh what a night! It's an absolute must!…read more Absolutely love this comedy show!!!!! I've come here regularly over the last 10 years or so and have seen amazing comics such as Mark Christopher Lawrence, Jerrod Carmichael, Anjelah Johnson, Cheeto Santino, Jonny Loquasto, Michael Kosta, Melissa Villaseñor, Alonzo Bodden, Shawn Pelofsky, Tony Baker, Adam Ray, Jesse Egan, Zoltan Kaszas, Mal Hall, and so many more! For the price, it's priceless. No drink minimums, stellar atmosphere, and just an overall great place to bring a date, a friend, or even your parents. I've seen bachelor/bachelorette parties, coworker gatherings, and a slew of birthdays all being celebrated here. Honestly there's not a lot of better places to spend 7-30pm-9:30pm on a Friday night (shows are typically once a month on the last Friday of the month). Head downtown, grab some dinner, come to the show, and then you can party the night away in the beautiful Gaslamp Quarter. If you're up for a night of LAUGHS come here and you won't be disappointed! Check online below for details and tickets. I think the next show is 09-24-21. https://malhall.com/gaslamp-comedy-show HUUUUGE thanks to Mal Hall and The Tipsy Crow.

Super funny and unique comedy experience located in the basement of the Tipsy Crow…read more I caught Mal for the first time as the opener for Anjelah Johnson and my whole group was laughing so hard that we cried. I've been wanting to check out another show with him for awhile so I was excited when I saw The Gaslamp Comedy Show featured on his Instagram. We had a rotating group of fresh, upcoming comedians who were working out their material. We were an intimate group and it was a different experience watching them quickly pivot or adjust based on how the crowd was interacting with the jokes. 5/5, we'll definitely be back.
