Our vehicle was towed to Earls Quality Car Care on New Years Eve on Friday evening. Nothing was going to be open until the following Monday. I contacted Earls first thing Monday and was told by Joel they would do everything possible to get us back on the road that day. Not only did he make the prompt repairs needed but he also contacted my repair shop in Michigan that replaced my front brakes a few weeks ago. The part they used was defective and he was able to get this covered under warranty. This is a great example of awesome customer service and an honest repair of my vehicle. They could have easily just done the repair and not be bothered with following up with the shop in Michigan. This is way above what many business would do and what it means by Southern hospitality. Joel made sure I was contacted through out the process and was able to get us back on the road as promised. Thank you Joel for allowing this retired couple to feel confident in the entire process and be able to enjoy the trip.

Car seems to be back to normal but it's so hard to rate the service because of the rude lady helping at the counter. Not sure if it was because she doesn't like working on weekends or whatever her issue was, but her attitude was very unpleasant from the time I dropped off my vehicle and picked it up. Sucks because they were so close and I needed brakes, but I'm not comfortable spending $400 plus where I don't feel welcomed to return if other issues arise.

Paid and went to leave and felt the need to look up on my phone the breaks on my receipt. They installed medium duty breaks on my f-350. The manager stated "that was all that was available at the time to put on my truck". Why didn't I receive a call to confirm this change! Unacceptable on all levels. I would not recommend visiting this location at any time. Mechanics wonder why they get a bad wrap for poor service and quality, this only futhers that skepticism for me.

I called them and they told me to bring it in, to see if they had missed something or something was left undone. my husband was at the Taco Bell and we asked for a tow truck, they said okay, but if it was their fault we wouldn't have to pay for it but, if it was something else other than what they were fixing, we'd have to pay the towing. the owing fee was $150... from Taco Bell, to the shop. it wasn't even that far. my husband ended up asking help to push the car. we get a call the next day, that the car is ready. we come in, they said "alright, take it". didn't get charged or get any explanation. second incident, my husband brings in his 2015 Chevy Silverado. it needs breaks changed on all 4. tell me why it's $2,000 ?? what do we do, we bring all the parts. the brakes and brake pads and router, and caliber. just for the labor it was $700? which is crazy, cause my husband kept going back and forth with them. they kept telling him they weren't the right breaks, or pads, and my husband comes to talk to the machanic and he's like "oh sorry, we haven't even opened the boxes or looked at them" NEVERMIND, $680 to change one set of breaks, router and caliber. FUCKING CRAZY. I'm sorry but, they need better communication skills, and they take sooo long to get things done.

I took my truck there because it was skipping. They had my truck for 3 months with me checking on it every week. I was told it would be fixed by the end of the week every time I went in. I was told there was a problem getting a part however when I called the distributor I was told there was a one day turnaround and no delays due to COVID. After 3 months of being lied to, I went in and found my truck behind the shop in total disarray. Many parts had been removed and thrown in the back of the truck which had about 3 inches of rain water in it. There were also greasy parts thrown inside my truck on my leather seats. I immediately left and called a tow truck to remove my truck. I returned to the shop and told Mr. Allen, owner, that I was removing my truck. Upon hearing that I was removing my truck; one of his employees began swearing and throwing tools around the shop. Mr. Allen was 3 feet from myself and his employee yet he never intervened or stopped his employee. There were other customers who witnessed this outburst. Because of the violent outburst and behavior of the employee, I waited next door for the tow truck and removed my truck. I took it to Halls Bridge Automotive and was told that it was so destroyed that it would cost over $1,000 just to replace the parts that had been thrown in the back of the truck and inside. Even if I would have paid to have it put back together; there was no way of knowing what else had been damaged and the cost were likely to be several thousand of dollars. My truck was destroyed and had to be sold for salvage. I filed and won a lawsuit against Mr. Allen and this business in October 2020 in Butts County. Despite having a judgement Mr. Allen has not paid the judgment or attempted to make payment arrangements. I now have a lien on this business and personal property. I plan to pursue having his business license suspended until my judgment is paid. I would expect a business owner would have more integrity.
