Marra, and in particular Jennifer Fredeman, stepped in and made an incredibly difficult time much easier. From the very beginning, Jennifer treated me like family, providing compassionate guidance and support every step of the way. They handled every aspect of the estate, including the sale of property, ownership changes, and the transfer of securities. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and exceptional service gave me complete peace of mind. They even identified opportunities that ultimately saved me money on taxes. I am truly grateful to Jennifer and the entire team at Joseph A. Marra for their outstanding care and expertise. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of estate legal services.

Outstanding Mobile Notary Service - Professional, Reliable, and Fast!…read more I had an urgent need for a mobile notary on a Sunday to finalize a commercial lease signing in Jackson Heights, and NOTARY & FAST POA absolutely delivered. From the first point of contact, Vagan Sadoian was incredibly responsive, clear, and professional--he made sure every detail was covered and that we felt confident the signing would go smoothly. But the real hero of the day was Dante, Vagan's colleague, who showed up right on time and handled everything with calm precision and a great attitude. Given the short notice and weekend timing, I was fully expecting delays or hiccups--but Dante came through in the clutch, prepared and focused. His professionalism helped move everything along quickly and made a potentially stressful situation feel effortless. I've worked with notaries before, but this was on another level--fast, friendly, and fully reliable. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend NOTARY & FAST POA to anyone in need of mobile notary services, especially for real estate or time-sensitive matters. Thanks again to Vagan and Dante for being

Attorney Servodidio made multiple mistakes while handling a probate matter for myself and family…read more Documents were also misplaced. I do not recommend using him under any circumstances. This review is based on first hand knowledge and personal experience. In addition, to making many mistakes Attorney Servodidio does not return phone calls or emails in a timely manor. He has also been known to cancel appointments five minutes before they are supposed to start by leaving vague messages on our home phone.-- Not our cell phone-- which means we were forced to drive all the way to his house/ office only to be met with a locked door and no one answering the door. This is not professional behavior nor is it fair to working families who have children and have to take time off from work. Less -Brian
