The line to get a number was about 10 people which seemed to be moving quick. Overall it looked like an 1 hour+ wait so I decided to come back earlier the next day. Came back on Wed at 7:59am (opens at 8am) and there was about 15-20 people in line already. Doors opened promptly at 8am. Line moved quick and I got my number in 5 mins, I was extra impressed that the initial person checked all my documents and pictures to ensure they were to standard instead of me waiting and getting rejected by the final person. 14 mins later my number came up on the ticker and 2 mins later I was done. All in all, I was in and out in 21 mins, wow! However I did fill out all the documents in advance and read and re-read all the instructions just to be sure (completing a first time pp for my daughter). Service was courteous and helpful even in the early morning. PP was to be mailed to me by Jan 23 which is quicker than I had thought it would be. Only tip I would say is go early if you don't want to wait and keep an eye on the ticker. I was surfing on my phone and glancing at the ticker every so often, I saw my number pop up but I had thought it needed to start flashing before I could approach the counter however my number simply disappeared from the ticker altogether. So it is very possible that if you're not paying attention to the ticker, your number could show up and pass very quickly and you would not even know it.

Very positive experience at this location…read more Went on a Wednesday at 1:15 (just after lunch hour) and on a Thursday at 10:30 (apprehending the first wave to be done and over with) and my calculations paid off! On Wednesday I had 2 people in front of me and was called to the wicket in 10 mins. About 10 of the counters were open. I had to go on the second day because I forgot to get a document for my son and hence wasn't able to apply for his passport the day before. I was given a slip which would put me ahead in the line and I was called in 5 mins. On both days there was hardly a crowd. It was creepily empty on Thursday. The people there are nice and helpful. Photos attached. Wednesdays and Thursdays after 10:30 am and after 1:00 pm are the most relaxed. You may want to go then.
