Just a few months ago, my wife received her permanent resident card with all conditions removed. Thank you to the entire team here again for your support and professionalism along the way! If you are looking for experts in navigating immigration, highly recommend the team here!!

I was referred to Attorney Schendel from the staff at immigrationequality.com a website that caters to LGBTQ immigrants and offers all kind of support and in this case, legal advice and referrals. Sarah, her paralegal Maggie, and the entire team did a wonderful job throughout this whole process. They relieved a lot of stress from my husband and I by assisting in collecting of all our paperwork, preparing us for the interview and representing us in person on the day of the interview with USCIS. Sarah and her team was extremely responsive, helpful and prompt with their correspondence throughout this whole process. We could not be happier with Sarah's performance and professionalism. We will be sure to recommend her law firm in the future!

I made multiple attempts to get in contact with them, only to receive a short, dismissive response after all that effort. For a business that charges thousands of dollars, the lack of communication is honestly unacceptable. Clients should not have to chase a business repeatedly just to receive a basic answer. If this is how they communicate before or during the process, I would seriously think twice before trusting them with something as important as immigration matters.

If you are looking for an immigration attorney that will guide you in the wrong direction call…read morethem. The bond payment instructions from this law office for people already under a lot of stress, will only add to it. They instruct you to go to the Bank Of America in the Burlington Mall and get your bank check. Yet , they probably don't realize you actually need an account there to get one. Then spend over an hour to try and open it. Only to be instructed to go to the ICE office down the road and speak to the "friendly" staff inside. Now, you are told after waiting hours and you are next and it is 2:30pm that they close at 3pm and there will be no time for you since it is not that simple of a drop off. The ICE office will direct you to the ICE Bonds QR code portal in which you can basically do it all on your own there. Never needing to waste time going to opening a bank and then going into one of the most vile places on earth, the ICE building. I was so disgusted that these instructions came from the law office. I would expect more from counsel. I hope they either fix it and or you read this and will find another option.

Jan Albrecht is an excellent immigration layer who helped my wife and I get our green cards…read more He is very professional and always gave us clear guidance on how and when to prepare immigration documents. He is excellent at answering any questions we have along the process. We're also impressed by how he's actively tracking immigration schedule (like visa bulletin) and kept reminding us what to do in different phases. We're also very lucky to have him with us during our green card interview. Everything went so smoothly! What impressed us more was : after the interview our priority date was not current yet, so our case had been sent back to one of immigration office and we had to wait for our priority date to be current before our case could be processed. As far as I know, usually it will take at least several weeks for our case to be processed again after our priority date is current. But Jan sent out a letter to immigration officer and right after our priority date went current and we received our case get processed and approved within a week! We truly appreciate his proficiency！ I will not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who needs an immigration layer!
