After doing many hours at Sylvan through out the online year he had completed writing all the way through ninth grade, 2 years above his grade level and was working on 8th and 9 th grade math. When he went back into school this year as a seventh grader he's taking eighth grade math and honors reading. I attribute all of this to Sylvan. I have a daughter that's 11 years younger. She was behind in reading in first grade. We signed her up for Sylvan. She did it 3 to 5 times a week even in the summer. She caught up and Advanced in no time. What the school couldn't do Sylvan was able to. That Child advanced so much that she was able to start college at Kent State in ninth grade as a 14 year old. (College Credit Plus AKA free college) By the time she was 17 she had her masters from Kent state and taught organic chemistry for Kent state as a paid employee. I give Sylvan ALL the credit. Is Sylvan cheap no not by any means. However, in the long run it fully paid off with free college from the government which anyone can qualify if they're smart enough or they hire Sylvan to help accomplish this goal.

The teaching staff and coordinator was very rude to my children. I will never recommend anyone to bring there children to Sylvan. Never, ever again!!!

I had a positive experience for all three summers I did camp there and I recommend this place for a summer camp for preschoolers and elementary-age students. There were several reasons why I chose Chanel: 1. The uniforms were not too bad and we were given some options to "mix things up a bit" 2 Small class sizes (as compared to local public schools and other larger Catholic Schools) 3 Nice community feel amongst the teachers, administrators, and students 4. Yes, it is a Catholic High School, but it did not feel "too churchy" and we Incorporated a lot of general philosophy concepts in our religion courses 5. Good theatre program 6. Good sports program (for boys and girls) 7. Good opportunities for community service and improving the lives of others through volunteering 8. They offered a tuition payment plan that was manageable for my family I really have great memories of high school. I think this is in large part due to my choosing Chanel.

They have been quick to respond when contacted. There are ample clubs, programs and special electives to choose from. The administration seems to make every effort to keep parents informed and they work hard to try and ensure the safety of their students. There also appears to be an extensive amount of community support which is a huge benefit for the kids attending this school system. It's not perfect but it's good and we are proud to be Bulldogs.

It is a fabulous building! Geothermal heating, solar power, and as green as it can get. The cafeteria is fantastic and resembles a college type dorm feel than the cafeterias I grew up using. Large parking, easy access off the main road, clear signs everywhere. Friendly staff, secure building. I couldn't ask for more!
