I wasn't someone who…read morewould say that I was afraid of the Dentist but for some reason I never seemed to get around to making an appointment until it was way too late and the problems were major. The worst was an infection on a tooth that needed a root canal, anti-biotics brought the infection underway but the swelling prevented the freezing from taking, Holly pretty much did the pulpectomy with no freezing and I didn't shed a tear, this had to be done to release the pressure from the infection, once the infection had completely cleared the rood canal was completed and a crown installed and it's been great ever since. Also to be able to say my kids enjoy going to the dentist is another testament in itself.

The nature of his call was to argue about an online Google review I had left him. Ironically before he wad argumentative and combatitive, I had left 3 stars, but now reduced it to 1. A simple apology, some curiosity and a bit of empathy would have been enough for me to delete my review. He also could have chosen to delete the review himself as he owns the business page. 0 to 10, do not recommend.
