I deposited a check for 1000.00 dollars written from my husbands credit union account I was told the funds would be available within 24 hours as of midnight . I checked my account first thing in the morning just to see the account still pending ! After several phone calls and speaking to Alberto the branch manager, Tosha, Alison customer service manager and leaving a message for Glen Shtjesmi with no call back they all said the were very sorry but the funds would not be available for 7 DAYS. I am unable to access MY money and now unable to get to Chemotherapy tomorrow? There is no regard to the fact that I was told 24 hours for a hold more than once the excuse is at the branch level they do not know how long a check will be held. REALLY???? Please do NOT bank with this company! I will be removing my money as soon as they release it from being held hostage and close the account. I will also report them to the better business bureau and channel 4 news to expose the shenanigans practices by Huntington Banks.

A client of mine wrote a check to which I decided to come to the bank of the check and lo and behold they said I need to provide my SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER to cash the check because they "needed to create a profile" which loosely translated into " we need our corporate numbers to reflect an inaccurate number of new members" which will in essence generate a false sense of growth nationally. On with the introductions.. Hello, my name is Small Potatoes. Nice to meet you too :-) Since May, I've been on the search.... Two Realtors and two mortgage companies later, here I am with Fifth Third or.. 5/3 as some of you may know them. I realize I'm no Donald Trump, and... Sheepishly so do they... But never once have I ever been made to feel any less, than any other home buyers out there. My guy- Paul Aquino , has been STUPENDOUS from day one! Working with me and my Realtor to provide the BEST customer service. My journey started out rather stressful, but has completely been the opposite with Paul, and 5/3. Writing this review now, before the papers are even signed is Paramount because, heaven for bid, if anything were to go wrong at this point, I'd go straight back to 5/3, and Paul to figure out my next step. I'm a believer!! And so are YOU! :-* MUAH

He would not or could not answer the question and when I got frustrated he actually hung up on me. Great customer service Craig! keep up the good work and keep jacking up prices for people who have zero tickets or accident claims. Allstate should be ashamed of having you as an agent. They pride themselves in good customers service and you do not represent that in my eyes.
