That day, the photographer's assistant (his fiancee) was taking part of the party as if she was a guest! She helped herself to dinner, dessert, took dessert to go, and even took advantage of the cocktails/open bar!! Later in the night, my niece told me that some of the poses the photographer made her do with her "chambelanes" were a bit uncomfortable (having the boys lift her & hold her from her butt, while she was wearing a mini-skirt), and that she expressed that she was not too happy with the pose, only to have the photographer continue to ask for versions of that pose. After the cotillion, 3 mo. later in SEPT, the photos were not Online, as promised. My sis-in-law (mom of the quinceanera) called Michael's Photography several times, only to receive vague answers. She came to a point where she seriously thought MP had LOST her pics!! She finally decided to stop by the venue, in order to find out what exactly was going on, and was told her that her pics weren't lost, but that they would be uploaded asap. Fine. It passed. However, here is MY experience... I ordered the pics I wanted Online. on OCT 18. I received a confirmation in my email w/my order, and my balance of $31.50 that same day. Sweet, I thought to myself... NOV 20th came along, and I hadn't received my pics, MORE THAN A MONTH LATER! ... I called spoke to Ana, and she told me there had been some issues with Online orders, so I gave her my order #, JPG #s for the pics I ordered, pic sizes, etc. She said I would get a call back Monday the 22nd... Obviously, that didn't happen, so at around 12pm I called MP again. This time Luis answered, gave me the same story about how their system had crashed, and how some guy who ran things had quit. Okay, I told him, I thought someone would call me as promised. Well, Ana doesn't come in 'till later in the afternoon. Great, why didn't she tell me that when I talked to her?! Anyway, let me talk to the manager, I asked. Well, he's out of the office until... ALRIGHT. I want my pics already!! NOV 23rd came & I was charged $31.50 for the pics. A MONTH AND A HALF LATER I WAS CHARGED FOR MY PICS!!!! ... No one bothered to give me a call, and ask if it was okay to charge me... to check if I had $$$ in the bank! What if my account was overdrawn?! ... The LEAST they could have done was NOT CHARGE ME for the pics!!!! DEC 4th, I receive the pics in the mail!!! Thank goodness there's a higher being, if not, I would've never received the pics!!! DEC 8th, is today, and I have YET to receive an apology, or a phone call following up with my order or my customer satisfaction. NEEDLESS TO SAY-- I WAS COMPLETELY UNHAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICES. **Follow-up** About a mo. later after receiving the pics I ordered, I was charged AGAIN!! I called MP, and they said they could only give me more pics. UGHHH, Seriously?!? ... Two wks. later I got my 2nd batch of pics... A mo. later, MP closed for business... Hmm. wonder why??
