Robb made time to visit and fix our fireplace in this busy time. He is very knowledgeable and shared that he used to be a engineer at Heat and Glo. He was responsive and did exactly what he said he would do when he neded a part and a return visit. Everything is fine with the fireplace know and it should be good for quite a while. The initial reason for the visit was a gas (rotten egg) smell from the fireplace when in use. He told us that sometimes if your propane tank is really low you will get that smell because the chemical that makes that smell is concentrated in the tank bottom. Helpful hint. read more
