I'm not a fan of Hermeste the people follow you around the mall being a nuisance, trying to get you to buy something out of their store after they rub your hands with lotion and sea salt that stinks and it throws off your natural body scent or whatever perfume and or cologne you put on that day. I do not like them. I do not like them. I do not like them. That is called soliciting and or downright harassment. you didn't want to rub your hands down with lotion and sea salt that they say is from the Dead Sea and then they try to overcharge you $65 $285. I don't like them. I wish they would leave me alone. They need to leave me alone and other people cause they don't like them and when you don't buy something from them, they start speaking in a different language and I think that is very disrespectful and rude.

Mostly because I absolutely hate the parking situation. No matter the time of day you visit, parking becomes this place where everyone just forgets common sense. I will admit, I always end up finding a fairly decent place to park, but it's not without some horrible traffic jam scenario. Once I do end up parking, walking through the rest of the lot let's me see just how horrible of a job people do with parking. My most recent visit, I was standing on the sidewalk on my way to the entrance and watched a lady park very badly. She rolled down her window and asked if she did a bad job. I told her yes and she ended up moving her vehicle, but still managed to take up two spots. Inside you will find a mostly single level mall that loops with a few crossovers as shortcuts. I appreciate how you can circle through Macy's and end up at the other side of the mall and continue your shopping journey. I do like the mix of stores here. There are your average national brands mixed in with some luxury and a dash of mom and pop stores. But I am sure there will be something you can grab here for yourself or a gift. Food court definitely has a good mix of places to grab a bite to eat.

11.28.22 This was my…read morefirst time shopping or making a purchase at one of their many locations. I am late to the trendy scene and discovered them this past year after seeing people I know wear their brand. I know it's expensive so thought now was a good time to check then out. Everything in the store was 50% off. There was also a 60% clearance rack. Upon entering I was greeted and informed about their promotion. I saw a cute sweater that was just too large and unflattering on me. I purchased two long tees, one red and one pink. I'm happy that the sleeves were just the right length. Many retailers I shop at don't offer petite sizes so the sleeves are always too long or baggy. Their apparel is really cute and I am glad that not everything is imprinted with their large whale logo on it. I am definitely adding this to my list whenever I shop at the mall, but only when it's a big holiday and there are good sales.

3.28.26 I used to…read morereally enjoy coming to this mall, but in recent years it has noticeably declined. Many well-known retailers have closed or are in the process of closing, and they're being replaced by lesser-known stores that don't offer the same level of quality. Two retailers that are closing are Eddie Bauer Outlet and Saks Off 5th. Parking has also become a major challenge. The lots are consistently overcrowded, and it's not unusual to spend a significant amount of time circling just to find a space. During our visit today, my husband and I arrived around 5:15 PM, only to find that a shooting had just occurred. Patrons were evacuating, and traffic quickly became extremely congested as everyone attempted to leave at once. I do hope the remaining retailers I enjoy continue to stay. Unfortunately, one of my go-to stores, Banana Republic Factory, no longer carries petite sizes. I was totally bummed.
