Bought 18 holes and were told after the 9th hole (@ 3:30p) that there is a hard stop at 5:30p on the back 9. They should have informed us that we should start on the 10 hole. As far a the course is concerned... we were not having fun on the front 9. Will not play here again.

Exept for the quite good shape greens it is a cow pasture which the owner calls a golf couse. This is by FAR the worse golf course in the Sudbury region. A close second would be Monte Vista golf course in Val-Caron. But by far Silver Styx rates number 1 for "shitty" golf....save you money and don't drive all the way out to Markstay like we did. believe me when i say this is the "honest" opinion of every single one in our group of 8 golfers Nick
