I went to waiting room. 15 minutes later I was taken to service bay thinking to talk to mechanic but instead was told my car was ready to go, they had done some minor thing that needed to be done but not my major issue of car not starting was not told to mechanic or taken care of. They took my money and sent me on my very unsatisfied I asked this lady to do one thing and although she wasn't busy, she could do the one thing. One star is generous

Phil furtado was the gentleman who answered the phone and he calmed me down and told me to come drop it off and they would look at it.
